Why Attend?
 1.  North River Collaborative offers the only summer day program in a public school setting on the South Shore for children with visual impairments. It gives children an opportunity to learn and maintain vital skills while in the company of peers with similar disabilities.

2.  The VIP Summer School addresses the goals outlined in each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and the areas of the Expanded Core Curriculum for Children who are Blind and Visually Impaired in order to prevent regression. Staff and therapists provide direct services through individual and small group instruction.

3.  Student enrollment in the VIP summer program is determined by the sending district.
